Waterfront Pattaya Condo Ready for Construction

Posted by admin on May-14-2012

Just announcing that on Raiyai.com I saw that among most of the condominium projects approved for go ahead in the past few years, the Waterfront Pattaya is finally getting the green light on construction after a lengthy process. The issue among others was the size of the building, it is going to be huge and block many buildings potentially who currently see the Thailand bay along beach road in Pattaya. Although this claim is somewhat funny since most of the small buildings there are bars and restaurants and nothing really high class yet along beach road. However the Waterfront Condo Pattaya project hopes to change all that for good. When this hotel and condo are finished it will truly be a milestone in the growth of Pattaya like the cleanup of Times Square in New York. However that may be a stretch, time will tell. I saw on Gecko Travel a mention on Raiyai a few years ago talking about Thailand classifieds and real estate, and thought it was interesting. Anyway tons more condos being developed so don’t worry if you can’t afford Waterfront Pattaya Condo. Good luck everyone.
